    I would say like rice, but lighter and nuttier. It's really nice. I like it mixed into a salad with tomato, avocado, red onion, coriander and lime juice. I've never had it hot!

    I'm not eating at the moment but counting down the hours before I have stuffed potato skins. Nom!

    Cheers I saw a chicken and quinoa recipe the other day sounded nice I wanted to make it.stuffed potato skins sounds good :)

    Homemade spag bol with tagliatelle and parmesan. Always tastes better the next day somehow. Long week, comfort food is the only answer :)

    Quinoa is a grain with a nutty texture. I'm not sure what I'd liken it or if I'm honest. It's great to make in batches as it keeps well in the fridge for a few days. It's fab for salads but today we had it hot as dinner had to be made in a hurry. I like it hot or cold. You can buy it in Aldi now and it's quite cheap. Give it a try 😊

    Toast and butter. It was seeded bread and got all crunchy when I toasted it. so yummy.
