Just a horror day all round. Salah captain not starting was a real kick in the gonads against a Palace side all over the shop. 2 weeks in and huge catching up to do already it seems. I have 6 players to play but when you see your GW rank at close to 4 million you have to laugh I guess :pac:

42. Took a -8 to strengthen my midfield by putting in Vardy for Kane, Ramsey for Zaha and Salah for Walters but picked the wrong Liverpool player

Ward-Prowse was really good when introduced today. His crosses and set pieces were superb and he created the penalty chance when he put a ball on a six-pence for Yoshida who was all but guaranteed to head home before he was bundled over.

I'd like to think he'd get another start next week but it's hard to call.

Richarlison got me 11 points. Hope for a price rise on him this week considering he only has 0.2 percent ownership at the moment and has Brighton at home next week. What a hero. 63 points with Gabriel Jesus and David Silva to play. Anything from here is a bonus.

63 with 3 to go. Lowest ever rank of just over 12k...i am delighted. And still have kdb alli and walker to go. All clean sheets so far. Only xhaka and lacazette scoring poorly today.

Bit of a meh week. 36 (-4) 1.1mil OR

7 players played.

Foster, Jones CS were welcomed. Bertie 1 pointer was not.

JWP 1 pointer is worrying also, looked good on MOTD when he came on so may leave him for a week anyway. Mane 8 pointer was nice, no bonus points was not.

Lukaku (C) not bad, Firmino 1 pointer disappointing.

Kane (who I chickened out of captaining), KDB, Lowe & Ritchie to go. Lowe & Ritchie points would be great although they play each other, any involvement in goals from both/either would be a good differential for me.

You said lowest so he assumed you had never been lower than 12k in the rankings

In general in football and fantasy football ya talk about climbing the rankings to get to the highest rank of number one even though it's the lowest number

As much as I like Klopp as a coach there is no word to describe how much I dislike him as a FF player. He robbed me a CS today (but I guess a £4.5m 'Pool def was too good to be true) and already started to rest/rotate his team... in August. Farcical!

I may end up with a stupid rule of never owning any 'Pool player ever again as long as he's the coach since I always end up on the wrong side of things with him.

Anyway. Rant over. Looks like a good start to the GW. Another good captain choice. Could have been better when I heard United had won 4-0. Could have been worse too, especially from Lukaku
