Can the mods on the A&P forum take a step back. It's very difficult for regular users to post as the moderators stifle discussion. This creates an imbalance. This creates an imbalance. The mods are straight in defend landlords before any other poster can get a word in.

The moderators are very pro-landlord probably do with the fact that this forum is aligned with Daft Media.

So please help in making the A&P Forum a place for all posters of Boards or allow a sub-forum for tenants.
