I was on Bus Feda from Galway to Crolly in Donegal last week:

Is this the longest bus route in Ireland?

Close, but looks like it is only 250km

Aircoach/GoBE Cork to Dublin Airport are 272km

Actually now that I think of it Dublin Coach, Cork - Waterford - Dublin is 308km

Certianly would be much more scenic then those.

Dublin Coach Killarney to Dublin via Limerick must be up there as well.

Not even close: Bus Eireann's No 40 runs from Tralee to Rosslare via Cork and Waterford. It takes 6-7 hours.

308km according to Google Maps, so a tie with Dublin Coach

This goes to annagry, and if you take the circuitous route via creeslough, falcarragh, etc, its about 340k

It isn't operated throughout by the same coach though.

Passengers have to change coaches at Waterford and at Cork.

Dublin Coach from Dublin to Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney is about 310km so it at least ties with, if not shades, the other two.

There's longest by km and then there's longest by time.
