    Hi there,

    Am looking for a solicitor who wont rip us off as cash is tight? Someone who will take flat fee/fixed fee rather than % of property buy.

    All suggestions welcome, thank you

    Highly recommend Bernadette Goff & Company
    Solicitors 11 Eglinton Road Bray. We used them recently and they were excellent. Give them a call and agree price first, we found a big variance in fees between some of them.

    Highly recommend Caroline in Neville Murphy Bray. Have used them twice now and although they charge a %, we have found them reasonable. Worth a call for a quote.

    I would highly recommend Rosemary Scallan. Very professional and charges very reasonable fees. Office on Chuch Rd, opposite Happy Pear.
