Stop emails without unfollowing a forum

    Is it possible? I'm getting 10/12 emails a night and the only option I can find to stop the emails is to unfollow forum.

    Thanks Spear but I don't mind getting email notification for threads that I've posted on but the forums that I follow send me an email every single night and the only option I'm being given is to unfollow the forum.

    On the second link, do you not have an option to change the subscription type to one of no email notification?
