Since the latest windows update in July
    "2017-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 for x64-based Systems (KB4025342)"
they have done away with the "Briefcase Option" Is there any safe way to restore it? There are some download options on line but I dont know if it is safe to download them. Any ideas? mad:

The Briefcase feature was removed in the Windows 10 Creators Update. Not much you can really do except to look for alternative solutions.
