Of course BUT their interpretation of the black card rule seems to differ game to game official to official

And sometimes even the pundits cannot agree whether they got it right. After watching an incident over and over from all angles.

A player may appear to have been pulled down, but the camera replay will show that he fell over. Viewed from a certain angle, the human eye won't be able to establish that. It's why there is Hawkeye, the human eye is not as reliable as a camera.

Wondering at what stage I'll switch off, seriously boring game. McGeeney deserves credit in getting a team this limited as far as he has, and Tyrone are impressing without having to bust a gut

Dick Clerkin is mad to give the benefit of the doubt about black cards!

Don't think Tyrone will be happy with this though .
They've missed plenty of chances too

Just as I said that they score a goal

Could have 3 non-events of quarter-finals unless Monaghan can somehow put it up to Dublin.

    Does he know the rules?
High tackle, and he could've seen black on another day?

He's confusing people more than the rules.

I turned on The Saturday Game Live expecting to see white and orange, and they only have some hurling game. Are both games today on b*stard Sky again?

There certainly isn't much enthusiasm in the commentary box. The co commentator sounds like she's in bed. Stands are completely empty,

Jesus sky should pay us sky customers for having to watch this to see an all Ireland quarter final.

    This scoreline is utterly shocking....

....though it'll be eclipsed later this evening when Dublin make Monaghan want to crawl back up their mothers.

Just looking at this rubbish is evidence enough that Dublin will enjoy a nice day out at Croker in September.

Sure they should just take Sam at this stage and spare us all.

It probably wouldn't be a bad idea considering the standard on display from the rest of the country this year. Men against boys.

Peter Harte is the MOTM because, according to Senan, he "stood up when the game was in the melting pot"...when was that exactly?!

Sean Cavanagh wasn't player of the year in 2005!
