Can't get an exact fix on the spot, best I can get is Razkrižje, something to do with disputed land between Slovenia and Croatia.

Is that cement factory in Hotiza, Slovenia, across from a mill? (the google earth picture looks similar although apparently pre-annexation).

I couldn't find the location from the information in the answer, just the fact that it was a cement factory on the border somewhere, and the town mentioned (starts with R) is some distance from the border in Croatia.

See above, I found a location on google earth that looks similar although it must be several years before the annexation, the border is shown running along the road into the place (Hotiza, Slovenia).
