Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim ETB Interview!

    Has anyone ever experienced interviews with Mayo, Sligo and Leitrim ETB?

    I have a friend with an interview coming up in Carrik on Shannon in a few weeks and they are wondering if there is a format they follow.

    I think they are all pretty much using the competency based interviews now. There was post on here about it a few weeks back. I will see if I can find it.

    Ah yeah they understand that, I think it's more for the experience , and maybe getting their name out if anything else comes up after.
    Would their name be placed on a panel for future jobs?
