Thank you for getting in touch.

Online Billing displays bills going back 18 months, however if you need a copy of an older bill, please send us a private message with the following details:

- The relevant account number or telephone number on the account
- A sentence stating that you are the account-holder (or were the account-holder if the account is closed)
- Your name, address (at the time) and date of birth

Please confirm the year (and month if necessary) of the bill reprint you require also.

We will respond as soon as possible.
