The beef sausages are actually from Sainsbury's so I guess that's not much use for you. AFAIK, they are more popular in Norn Iron than their pork counterparts.

At least Sainsbury's where I am (London) do stock them. Tasty!

My mistake. Should have known. Beef sausies in Ireland are almost impossible without a real search. What a feckin shame.

Oh! I'm really surprised to hear that...

I'm in rural Ireland. Beef sausages are hard to get! But I'm sorted now. Please forgive me!

    Dinner tonight??? I don't know yet.

Am sure I have seen beef sausages in Tesco's. Wouldn't buy them my self though.

Massive piece of beef in the oven right now. The oven will be switched off soon to let it slow cook overnight as the oven warms down. Tomorrow morning it will be as tender as a babys arse.

Gonna have it at lunchtime with roasties, turnip, peas, mash and gravy. Tonight dinner may well be a slice of chocolate cake! Though I did enjoy a chicken and sweetcorn sandwich today with potatoe salad and crisps.

Had 2 paratha with some sauteed onions, green peppers, sweetcorn, red chilis and tomatoes for breakie.

I put the veg inside and rolled them up like a burrito and it was delicious. I think paratha's are my favourite thing in the whole world right now.

I had that beef dinner at lunchtime. That cow was sure rared on good grass.:D Took it out of the oven at 7.30am and it was still warm. Unwrapped it from the foil and I honestly could have drank the juices.:D Apologies to Vegetarians/Vegans. Being lazy today before a six day workathon. I'm looking at a few bottles of Chinese beer I picked up in Lidl and I'm thinking of making a Chinese style curry as an excuse to use them for wash down purposes.:D
