Chips and 2 fried eggs. The yolk broke on one going in the pan :( . No meat in the house. Id love meat of some description now.

No meat in the house??? Doesn't matter. Fried egg and chips, cant beat it! A few slices of batch may have sorted out the no meat issue.

On the last of 4 big whalers of spuds about 12oz of round steak and 2 fried onions. This last spud is a whopper and the gut is under pressure. There is some huffing and puffing going on. I will finish it all mark my words. I never leave an unfinished plate.

Work, Hurling, beer. In that order. Only day off this week, so cooked nothing apart from some Superquiinn sausages and rashers this morning with some cubed potatoes in herbs. A slice of toast too and a jug of juice.

Finishing a beer at home now and going to murder some crispy chicken, Thai sauce and rice.

Then I got wired into a tub of forest fruit flavour ice cream. Irresistible, and it's the weekend so feck it.

Where do these beef sausages come from??? My local butcher looks at me funny when I mention them. A beef sausage is pure class.

The beef sausages are actually from Sainsbury's so I guess that's not much use for you. AFAIK, they are more popular in Norn Iron than their pork counterparts.

At least Sainsbury's where I am (London) do stock them. Tasty!

My mistake. Should have known. Beef sausies in Ireland are almost impossible without a real search. What a feckin shame.
