He puts in a lot of effort into them which the majority of people may not appreciate (personally I do). I just referenced a site that he may not have known about!

TBH he's had huge support here. He may have posted in the wrong forum a couple of times.

There's zero hint that the majority of people don't appreciate his posts, it's the complete opposite to that IMO.
I don't know why someone would suggest otherwise, Kerry, Dublin and Tyrone regulars thanked his posts.

Not that it really matters but I've seen you ask him to not bring something up again that's about it.

We all don't have to agree anyway it's a discussion forum.

It's easier for Dublin and Meath to enjoy such banter and big talk, I think we beat them by 10 points in 1995 and they did something similar the next year.
While Sonny's posts may not hit the mark with some they are heavily rooted in the truth and backed by silverware.

He's a fussy ref, no doubt about it. However, the players can't say that they weren't warned, given how many high profile, televized games he gets.

That camera shot of the galway keeper sums up how little fun he's having out there.

Fair play to Roscommon but Galway keeper and full back line is terrible. Big winners here Donegal/Mayo

  • Fantastic point
    Go on the rossys

If Donegal get Galway, hope they give keeper another chance redeem himself :)

Galway need at least one goal to have a chance. Lundy is not the answer

Really like that Donie Smith fella.

Roadie's doing much better into that wind than the Tribesmen.

    No Galway score for 10min.

  • Roscommon may pack it in of they lose this now

"It's Roscommon's to lose now"- Tom Care

    Stick your house on Galway.

Think Galway's All-Ireland was the Mayo game again! Look flat-footed and devoid of ideas today. Surely there's a better keeper in Galway?

Mc stay will be painful to listen to after this, always playing the poor boy

Smart play from the Rossies in closing out the game. Slow play down and work the clock. Totally unlike last years headless chicken display. All things you have to learn how to do, if you want to be a real contender. Cynical as fcuk, but there ya go !

Who do Galway play now ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,088 ✭✭✭✭BonnieSituation

Shame for Connolly. Always a yellow though. Had a great game.

  • Safe to say it's all over

Credit to Roscommon, huge win and in Salthill to boot

Delighted for Galway, expected to win this without trying and got caught lovely

That Rossie no.13 should've been taken off 20 mins ago

    Super score from Devaney

Typical childish end to GAA football match

Lundy another lad who shouldn't play for Galway again. All he contributes are fouls and bookings

Enjoyable game and an excellent composed performance from Roscommon, they have some very tidy players Smith in midfield would be my man of the match.

Great to see them in the AI quarter finals again as Connacht Champions they brought a massive crowd to the quarter final in 2010.

Sick watching this masterclass in bed wetting from Galway.

    Fair play to Roscommon though.
