Difference in KBS grading and rest of UL?

So i noticed that a 1:1 in the KBS scheme is 3.60, which is different to the scheme on the UL site that says 3.40? Is this true? I know business is seen as a pisstake by a lot, but is a higher grade really required to get a first class degree?

As far as I know a 1:1 is 3.4 QCA like the rest of the university, where did you see 3.6?
