Apple - work from home

    Hi guys,

    I've been struggling to find work after moving counties. I applied for 2 Apple work from home jobs on 24th April. And heard nothing (so lost hope) until the Wednesday before last. It said thanks but the job you applied for is full, but we have a tech support job we think you might be suited for. I sent in everything requested on the Friday.

    Heard nothing again, not even a 'thank you for returning the info, we'all be in touch' email so I kind of lost hope. Then this morning I got an email offering a phone interview on Wednesday.

    My questions are;

    1. What to expect on the interview?
    2. What is the process for hiring after a phone interview?
    3. Does anyone work for apple, how do you find it? (Both in an office and at home)

    I am extremely nervous as I've been out of work since February and am dying for any kind of job. For money, sanity and everything else. We are surviving (as a family of two adults and one child) but I don't want to just survive, I want to be able to earn my way and be productive. Hopefully this is it!

    Thanks for any help. ☺
