    Once again I am subscribed to a closed forum (Politics Cafe Archive) with no apparent way of unsubscribing. Am I missing an easy way to do this? I can't find any option to do so.

    There is a link but I can't remember it.
    Other easiest way is to go to your User CP and scroll down to your subscriptions - you can unfollow there.
    If I find that other link I'll post it here is someone doesn't beat me to it.

    Found this from a post from Spear:
    Get the forum Id number from the URL for it, e.g f=xxx, and stick it on the end of this:

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/subscription.php?do=removesubscription&f=IDGOESHERE

    Then try accessing the URL you've created.

    http ://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/subscription.php?do=removesubscription&f=IDGOESHERE

    Put in 1410 instead of the IDGOESHERE spaces added to make it readable
