Video Ad (from Google?) appearing half way through page

Hi folks,

This afternoon an unstoppable/"uncloseable" video ad by (it would seem) Google appeared half way through the 'find my posts' page. It's there in every single one of the pages, but if I select a specific forum it disappears. I've cleared cache, history, cookies, etc, but no luck. I'm using the legacy site with the plain skin.

The ad in question is for amp.teads.tv.

I have adblock on, and I have selected not to see banner ads in my profile, and yet I can't get rid of this.

Any ideas?
