Any time I go to Lidl the queues are always painfully slow and usually only ever about 2 till open.

Why do you care if they promote contactless? I never use it

Edit, I should add that I don't have a debit card, only hole in the wall card to get cash which is used for most purchases under about 20 quid and the credit card for everything else

Why you are using credit card for over 20e?

All my offers that said expire today no longer showing as active. I had thought they would be active until the END of today - I guess I was wrong

once you are buying online - i think you can choose to pay upon collection so don't go with that

I just bought €38 worth of stuff in Lidl. Quite difficult to spend that much, for a single person, so I had to get extra bog roll, 3kg of porridge, a couple of frozen meals, & other stuff with long expiry dates that I won't actually need for a couple of weeks. Also a couple of small purchases that I didn't really need and wouldn't have normally bought. 3 heavy bags to carry home as well, so I don't think I'd avail of the same offer again without some advance planning. None of of the other offers appeal.

Just got my list of fees for the last quarter, I can see why they're no having these "rewards".

We buy regularly at Lidls so the offer is highly appreciated. Lidl is selling as well alcohol. In any case you can add a bottle of Whisky or couple of bottles of wine and you have reached it. Will go today again for the same offer with my other card :D

Anyone know the wait time for the Eason reward, spent the amount on 24th may. Know some rewards take longer, I'm €55 to the good so far so this will bring me to €60! Delighted.

Thread in bargain alerts with information on Easons Bank Holiday online sale 20% off and use promo code PROMO10 to get an additional 10% off. Combine this with the AIB rewards €5 back when you spend €25 Easons offer. Been meaning to get some Holiday reading material and just bought the first 6 Lee Childs Jack Reacher books for €7 apiece on the sale with another 10% off, free shipping and a further €5 back from AIB.

    D.

Can you only redeem each offer only once?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 413 ✭✭Merowig

Use different cards (credit and debit) registered on different rewards accounts and you can redeem the same offer twice

The offer is valid for 2 weeks after signing up, so different for everyone. I think most people got their cash back from Lidl within 2-3 days.

You can only avail of the offer once, alternatively it may have expired on your card.

No, every offer is only once. If you want to use more than once then you need to set up multiple cards on different accounts.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,212 ✭✭✭wiggy123

    ah never knew that

so if you have 2 cards on one rewards registration / account on aib rewards you CANNOT get the same offer on each card - is that correct?

Yep, it's once per account, not once per card

What if you remove your card from your account.
Set an new account up with a different email
Add already used card to new account.

Would it work? Anyone try it at all?

Opened a query with the helpdesk about a missing refund on May 23rd, confirmed today 8th June that the refund will be processed and they apologise for the error.
Retailer was jdsports.ie, 8% cashback due.
