    I don't get peoples hate for it, its hilarious to watch and anyone bitter about the voting blocks and politics of it all needs to sit down have a couple of beers and just laugh about how ridiculous it all is. Also heavily betting on it helps keep interest too, won enough for a nice night out with the missus last year by complete fluke

    I agree. Now, I would not be watching the qualifiers but the final can be great craic.
    We try to predict the winners by grading each act by song, costume, campness and extra points for fire works or sparklers.
    But inevitably get it completely wrong.

    The Israeli lead singer was super hot!:D Thats why they qualified I reckon.

    Our entry was very bland. The young lad gave it all he had but it wasn't enough. We need to start selecting much better songs going forward.
