My first time in the top 100k this season.
My first season playing the game and was in 531,944 after week 18 so pretty chuffed.

FPL Twitter is a hotbed of morons. There's at least a 99% chance that if you're a guy who has christened yourself FPLRebel or FPLPlanner that you have zero to offer to a legitimate strategy conversation.
But if you understand when the double gameweeks are and how the chips work, then you can rattle off any oul nonsense to newbies on Twitter and they'll think you're a visionary.
Groupthink exists on here too, but at least in my opinion, it's a slightly more sensible groupthink.
You need to be careful who you follow but there are some very wise heads on Twitter. Easier to spot them if you have a clue and were schooled in somewhere like here.
For the 'newbies' it would be impossible to know the 90% that are full of ****.
But I have a few people on there who I value for ideas and feedback as much as the best posters around here.
There's good stuff there, just don't engage with the bullshít.

Yours is just your name and FPL so it's not quite the same as referring to yourself as FPLTerminator or something very silly like that. In general that's a good rule of thumb. Although there are a couple of lads who write blogs either general or stats based who are top notch.
I changed the name on my Twitter to include FPL cause I only use it for that, but when I set it up I stupidly followed and got followed by non FPL friends and contacts, so I wanted to be clear it was solely an FPL account in the faint hope they all don't think I'm a total weirdo.
