Any opinions on Sane vs. Pedro?

I'm still inclined towards Pedro (other midfielders are Alli, Sanchez and King)....can see Chelsea trouncing Boro whereas Palace might be a tougher nut to crack

I'd be picking Pedro if I was you.

    -8 means this BB

    Pickford Jak
    Bailly Bertrand Fuchs Mawson Benalouane
    San(c)hez Eriksen Tadic King Grosicki
    Kane Costa Jesus

    Bailly.....

Also oh to have more money. Definitely mixing in some more team value chasing next season.

Was there any reason given as to why Pieters was dropped last week? He's normally pretty nailed, no? He'll be on my bench but considering using AOA for the event that only 2 of my 5 defenders start (Valencia, Stones and Pieters all looking dodgy).

Poor form. Muniesa replaced him and played well but could have been just a kick in the arse to Pieters or maybe he lost form through tiredness and needed the rest.

    Caballero Jaku
    Bavies Blind Roberson Mawson Brunt
Hazard Ali King Siggy De Roon
    Kane Jesus Lukaku

Flip of a coin for captaincy between Kane and Haz. On the King of the London Derbies at the moment (Kane).

Bench boost active. TC to play next week. No Sanchez which could end up being a disaster!

    DDG

    Huth Yoshida Gabriel

    Alli San(c)hez Hazard JWP

    Gabbi Jesus Lukaku

Funds to do Gabbi to Costa next GW

Couldnt afford Sanchez, so tossed a coin between Redmond/Tadic and Tadic is gonna be my DGW captain,it could be magic, but i doubt it

Not sure if I'd be using my bb with de roon in there and blind isn't nailed on to play either I'd say

In all likelihood with Southampton. How do you see their defense fairing out this GW?

I brought Stephens in on the WC but I have a feeling that he won't get much points. I think that Bavis will get more and he's currently on my bench.

    Jackupovic
    Huth, McAuley, Azplizecuta
    King, Sterling, Alli, Sane, Erisken
    Kane(c), Jesus

    Bench: Heaton, Mawson, Barnes, PVA

    - took a -4 to bring in Sane for Townsend so here's hoping it pays off

    Tonight will tell a lot
Guy in second has 3 chips left (well he only has 2 but he thinks he has 3 ! )
    Aguero is captain
    Rashford is vice
I'll be suprised if he changes before deadline
    Usually a Saturday morning man

And Rashford will come off the bench and score a brace in the last 20 mins. ;)

    Jaku
    Stephens alonso
King alli eriksen Pedro hazard (c)
    Jesus Kane Gabbiadini

Using aoa chip. I might regret that as I have Fuchs on my bench, but probably not as much as I'll regret going without any arsenal coverage

Can't decide what transfer to do, so instead I'll do nothing and go mad next week.

    De Gea
    Bavies Holgate Bertrand
    Sanchez(c) Alli Zaha Redmond
    Kane Costa Lukaku

It's far from ideal I agree. But think it's the best option.
Much better TC options next week. Not worth taking a -4 to upgrade De Roon, then to leave them on the bench next two weeks. Plus I'd be tying money up that I wouldn't be able to take advantage of.

Unlikely to be many clean sheets for BB in GW38 either.

    Any other suggestions or ideas?

-8 and harbouring wildcard envy, but how and ever:

    Jaku
    Bavies Holding Yoshida
    Eriksen Sanchez Ozil Sane
    Jesus Kane Costa

    Foster, Mee, Holgate, De Roon

Holding was an enabler for Aguero when Ibra got injured. Not confident of him starting so the above should probably read Mee, or more likely Holgate with injury concerns over the former.
Yeah Holding could be a 1 pointer alright.
-20 no regrets apart from not having a wildcard, but at the time I used it I was probably going to have to do a -20 anyway!
    Forster*(Hennessy)
    Bavies, Stephens*,Monreal*(Benny the Leicester lad,Valencia)
    San(c)hez*,King, Alli,Eriksen(Zaha),
    Jesus,Costa,Lukaku,
    Bring it on motherfukcers!

You slag him....call him casual..and yet he's 150 points ahead of you. 150 points is A LOT.

You sure he's a 'spoofer'????? Or are you just doing awful???

Ahh it was tongue in cheek to be honest....I'm having a fairly crappy season and he's kind of winged his way through it and frequently admits to forgetting to change captaincy, make transfers etc
    Tonight will tell a lot

    Usually a Saturday morning man
    Still no activity
Also won't be many Sanchez in my league now as they had other fires to burn
I really really hope he repays this patience!

    Caballero
    Alonso - Monreal - Yoshida - Stephens
    Alli - Hazard - Sanchez (c)
    Jesus - Kane - Gabbiadini

Pickford: Bavies - Albrighton - Capoue

No PVA. Bavies on the bench. 2 Southampton defenders.

What on earth have I become with all these safe, boring choices? :o

So much for keeping this tread on the down low. Just want the first game to kick off, so I can stop worrying about making any accidental changes to my squad.

No hits. Hoping for a goalfest in the City game and lots of save points for Hennessey.

    Caballero, Jakupovic
    Holgate, Stephens, Monreal, Alonso, Vertonghen
Albrighton, King, Pedro, Sanchez (c), Alli
    Gabbiadini, Kane, Jesus

    -4. Bench boost active.

Way too much left in the bank, but I'm away at the moment and couldn't figure out how to use the money. Too late when I realised I could have got Costa for Gabbi. Oh well.
