    I am organising a team of 6 players for a friendly match and I've been told the format is aggregate fourballs. How does the scoring for this work?

    Handicaps involved are 5,9,11,14,15 & 20. Should we just pair up randomly or is there a benefit to having certain hc's together?

    I'm guessing: you have three teams ABC in two playing groups 1&2;

    Group 1 - team members A1, B1, C1
    Group 2 - team members A2, B2, C2

    Scores are calculated in the bar afterward, with the best net score of each hole per team towards the overall score.
    I assume handicaps are calculated as per normal fourball method (90% of combined difference??)

    Nice bit of mystery to the round wondering how your partner is getting on, when you just blew a hole!!!!

    It's 6 v 6 so we go out in 3 x 4 balls - 2 of them and 2 of us.
