    On the alive thing, would one say beetlejuice is alive? I would say same would apply to this character.

    Google says that beetle juice is technically dead (a ghost). I've never actually seen the movie. Is that what you mean?

    Hmm ok, if he walked down the street today would people stare? (Like does he blend in with regular people or is he wearing mask/2 heads/different era etc)

    Yes people would stare for sure. The character is not wearing a mask but obviouly the actor playing him has extensive makeup applied.
