A document titled as above was circulated to Fingal public libraries last year A number of Proposed Amendments to the 2017 - 2023 draft plan are listed in the document. Does anyone know how one can keep track of which amendments are accepted and which rejected ?

You could check the final adopted version of the plan and see if the amendments are in it.
