What's happening with the with the big clearing down past weirhope? As your leaving town on the marsh road - they have cleared a massive area past the viaduct.... is their plans to build there?

I don't know what's happening on the land but I did see a couple of the river rescue vehicles in it yesterday. Expansion perhaps? Or may even be totally unrelated. I know there was a piece in the Leader in the last week or 2 about it being sold recently, the work and it being a public greenway.
