Budget Used PC Build

Hey people, I was looking through adverts for cheap i3/i5 PC's and found these two: adverts.ie/desktops/hp-dell-i3-i5-lenovo-pc-s-for-sale/12728656 adverts.ie/desktops/lenovo-desktop-pc-intel-i5-3-10ghz-4gb-ram-1tb/12739651 My question is If I buy one of these what will I have to upgrade to have a budget used gaming PC?…

First one not clear what generation i3/i5 they are, could be 1st gen which is too old really. 2nd one, add a GTX1050/GTX1050Ti low profile and bump ram to 8GB.
