    Yeah, everyone does if you enter a different address than the person whom setup the account, they have to match exactly.

    The family plan was successfully set up about a month ago by another boards member so I presume all our "addresses" matched up then.

    Just wondering why they are sending out this email now.

    All members of my family got this mail a mount after I set up my family account, the issue for us was I couldn't remember what zip code I originally set up when I created my individual acc a few years ago, so when I gave out exact address to my family I obviously gave them something like 0000 but as it turned out I used something like 1234 and that's what caused my family account to be flagged. A quick mail to support sorted it out for me. As it turns out anyway 4 of my 6 spots do all like here with me, my wife and 2 of my 3 kids, so 2/3 of my account is legit;)
