PS4 - Arrange a Raid

I need to do it for my Warlock and Hunter, so I'm game. Minimal blue orbing guaranteed.

Should be on after 8 and need to do VOG still

To be fair, regarding the tread here and the chat on PS4 and people hopping in/out of raids without it being posted, To be blunt, I've done that.

I've been vocal about the disconnect between this thread and what happens in the chat before particularly after a Sherpafest some 6-8 months ago where I ended up being "assigned" like 4 newbies to take through Kings Fall :pac:

If I'm going into a challenge mode, or a boss which is mechanic heavy where all 6 have duties (and can't just be put on Trash Mobs), I'd much rather have at least 4 players (total) who are familiar with the encounter, as a result, there are some instances when you just straight up invite people you are more comfortable with.

Hence why I started looking more and more for people who are mechanically comfortable with the encounter.
Doing Aksis challenge mode with people who had not even watched vidoes was a tedious experience.
I have a finite amount of hours on this planet
If someone won't spend 30 mins reading a guide and watching a few video guides/angles of an encounter, I don't see why I (and 4 others) should spend 2 or 3 hours of our time trying to help them.
Yeah that makes me sounds like a jerk, but I don't really mind at this stage.
It's one persons 0.5 hour to a sum of 10-15 hours of others peoples time.

JCD and many others here have been that person invited in before anyone got out the half-moon specs to pour over the "Arrange a Raid" thread and PS4 Chat to see who had put their hands up hours ago for a spot so was "next in line"

That being said, my experience here doesn't necessarily represent others. This thread has worked 100% for some, perhaps the later players over the earlier players. But as a result of all that, I've given up on trying to pre-commit when I think know I'll be late. Hence why I kick more stuff off at 8:30/9:30 instead of codding myself thinking we'll be good to go at 7:30pm etc

It's swings and roundabouts, sometimes you lose out cause of invites/leavers, sometimes you gain.

9 is perfect, should be home around 8-8:30 all going well.
With 9 being the kick off, we should be raiding by about 10:30 :P

I may find something to infuse into my Harrowed Quillus Terminus. Might even break out the shotgun I got from the old raid.
Void sniper still the best option? I have an event horizon I think with explosive rounds but only a 3 round mag.

May have a look at the challenges in a while so I'm not too nooby

And for those of us who joined the party a bit late and never got black spindle?
I only got this a few months ago in Tesco when they were changing cd/dvd/game supplier for a tenner..

Only got as far as the Aksis monitor fight in WotM

I have that event horizon that I use fairly regular, it's decent apart from the mag size. Might see if the vendors have anything when I get home.

Or, if I'm home early enough I'll have a stab at getting black spindle.
