Commute to Roscrea

I am going to be driving from outside Tipp Town to Roscrea three days a week for work. Has anyone got any advice on which route to use? There seem to be three options, through Limerick, cross country through Dundrum.or down to Cahir and use the motorway some of the way.

dundrum holycross thurles,, templmore then roscrea is another way
