Can i get my Sepa?

    Hello there I have just opened an account and have my Card and pin can I get my Sepa Bic and Iban so I can swap over my pay details over the phone?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards. 

    When you open a new account, your IBAN and BIC details are usually sent to you by text message or email. Can you please double check for this? If you have not received this, please call BOI Direct on 0818 365 365 and an advisor will be happy to provide you with these details. This number is available 8am to midnight Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on weekends.

    Thanks Sarah no I never got them sent to me or even the account no, Got a statement and used the iban calculator on the site
