    Hi, I need an up to date loan statement for my account. How do I get one of these ?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    Your Loan account statement will be available on your estatements to view and download once your loan account is available to view on Banking 365 Online.

    Alternatively you can call BOI Direct on 0818365365 to order an up to date statement on your bank account.

    Thanks, the only account I have is the loan ( mortgage ). No current account etc.
    Can that be got by ringing the number ?

    Hi trixiebust, if it's a Bank of Ireland mortgage you can contact the team on 01 611 33 33 to request a statement. Choose option 3 followed by option 1 on the menu.
