online banking blocked

I just tried to log onto my online banking and it says its been blocked? Tried to ring but can seem to get through? What do I need to do?

To have your 365 PIN unlocked you will need to call BOI Direct on 0818365365 / 0035314044000 and a representative will be happy to assist you with unlocking your PIN.

Representatives are available Monday-Friday 8am-midnight and 9am – 6pm weekends and bank holidays.
