    Oh hell you need to do that, dry scratchy eyes will stop you sleeping on top of all else..

    I meant just keeping your eyes closed for a while without sleep. I do it a lot to help because i work with screens so much..

    Oh yeah. I got Maybe 2 hours of that earlier. Listen to music etc.
