changing direct debit details on 365

Hi,

I have a monthly direct debit to a credit union, I'd like to change the amount of the debit. Can I do that via banking 365?

Hi teef,

Thanks for your post.

If the payment is a SEPA Direct Debit, you'll need to contact the credit union to request they amend the amount. If it's a standing order, we've a how to video showing how to amend it here.
