Assuming that's a tyre on the left of the clamp, what's the cloth on it for? Also clamp looks to have been there some time too.

That's the strap securing it to the truck.

The tyre looks dangerously bald too, would be fun to see the car make an emergency stop. The owner is probably one of these people who thinks the NCT is a money racket :pac:

Can't see how an F10 could have had an NCT expiring in 2015 unless it was a taxi, more likely that it was never tested.
Tax on those is peanuts FFS.

Car was probably due in June 2015 making it a 2011 reg. not many of those as taxis.

We lucky here, was watching one of those motorway patrol programs in Australia and if your caught doing I think 30kph over the limit your car is seized for 28 days and a hefty fine!!
So do 150 here and say goodbye to your car :p

€280 a year to tax it.

    Most expensive car seized?

Probably the Ferrari caught doing 236km/h by Fermoy?

Although AGS never confirmed it was that type of car other contributors said they seen it.

You'd think if you had a car like that or the BMW tax and insurance(?) wouldn't bother you.

It is how the rich stay rich, by not spending anything.

They'll need to spend now to get the car back.

I need lessons in how to NOT spend money.

The impound fees won't get near that amount I reckon.

If the car is not declared off the road it will probably be "sold" to avoid paying back tax.

    520D drivers arent rich.
They think they have money. All they have is credit. That is how the economy got ****ed around 208. People thinking they had lots of money till they found out they had to pay back the loans.

    They should crush that 520D

I pay about 2x as much in motortax for a car that is not running on fluid that causes cancer and is by far not as heavy.

I wonder how long will it take before every vehicle in the AGS fleet is fitted with ANPR.

It can't be soon enough! The sooner, the better. The amount of uninsured drivers on the road is extremely disturbing. And I'm focusing on just one thing there.
