Lease Changes

    Morning, I have leased a house to 3 friends and after a couple of months 1 is moving out for understandable personal reasons. This person has
    asked can the remaining tenants find a replacement.

    any advice on how to manage the transition?

    Do you have a head tenant or has everyone their own lease?

    The 3 names are on the one lease document - no distinction is made between any of them.
