UNATHORISED DEBIT TRANSACTION OF 94.62

    Dear Admin, my account with you was fraudulently charged or debited with 94.62 euro, this is a clear case of unathorised debit therefore i want this transaction instantly reversed. My name is <snip> .pls act asap.Regards

    You will need to ring them to get this sorted asap to be honest as your card/account could be used for more transactions.

    OP, I've removed the personal details you've posted as it's generally not a good idea to post such things on a public site like Boards.  As suggested above, your best bet is to ring BoI immediately to prevent any further possible fraudulent transactions.

    Can I ask if you recognise the name of the retailer whom charged your account with this amount. Was this amount for a SEPA Direct Debit or was this a charge made with your card details without your knowledge?
