Multi-zone switch / amplifier

    So I had the house wired for ceiling speakers to a central panel some time ago. Connections are 3.5 mm RCA. 5 zones with L/R speakers. Was wired for wall mount controllers as well but don't plan to use them.
    Got a Speakercraft quote originally but a bit pricey. Don't need the high quality sound, just functionality.

    Looking for a reasonably priced amp unit (200/300) which I can play from an App and switch 5 zones.

    Anyone familiar with Speakercaft MRA-664. Looks like the job I need but would appreciate any feedback.
