Returning to Ireland - Mortgage

    Hi,

I am wondering what mortgages you offer to first time buyers returning to Ireland. Can the process be initiated while still overseas? For instance 6-12 months before permanently moving back?
I am not interested in a buy to let mortgage as a 30-40% deposit is unreasonable both in terms of sheer percentage, but also in terms of us moving back to live in the house.

A job will be lined up before the move.

    Thanks,
    M
