Are you successfully disengaging from the Cast Audio? If one device is connected it can be difficult (sometimes) for others to connect.

Also, it can depend on the range of the WiFi and the quality of the connection. I'd suggest you play with the WiFi setting on her phone.

Reboot the phone first and foremost.

Then retry.

If that fails I think I'm sure I read of issues with the s7 and chromecast. Check google.

Oh and obviously make sure the Google cast app is actually installed
