Decided the mice weren't too much effort after all. That's enough bad food for a while now. Must get on top of being prepared for life and buying decent food.

Just coffee so far.... Came home with a car full of good food so sorting that laster and the freezer is well filled. So are the dog and cats!

It will be cold roast chicken and French bread for breakfast and today being Sunday, a ready meal treat. Today it is roast beef from Dunne's.

    I have custard donuts ....

coffee, quorn sausages, black pudding and two hashbrowns. With a kale smoothie. A bit of a contradictory breakfast!

Lunch will be Sweet potato, coconut and ginger soup. Trying new Happy Pear soup today and if I like the combo will make up my own big batch for the week.

Snacks will include yoghurt and granola snd probably some sausage rolls I got in m&s yesterday.

Dinner I think will either be salmon or a chicken pasta bake. Haven't decided yet. Wild times!

Dinner is a stuffed pork fillet between the two of us, celery, carrots, baby boiled and croquettes. Rhubarb and custard for dessert. I think I'll open a bottle of wine too.

Liquid fortification. Shame to waste the bottle of Merlot from dinner. And Mrs. S doesn't drink. I might leave some for tomorrow's dinner.

Boring old cornflakes, toast and apple juice.

JUst devoured the first of the three excellent chicken sandwiches in the pack from ALDi, followed by a Portugeuse tart; they were fresh from the oven in our local deli Supervalu and I could not resist.. A different kind of custard pie....

    Plenty left for later... ;)

    Coffee please :)

Liqourice sweets left from Xmas. Puke. Literally only sweets in the house. Hate that, when you get down to the manky ones
