    They have had it on sale a few times, so might do so again. Not sure, of course. First time there was 20pct off, the next time 30pct.

    You have to bring it in in person legally.

    The situation for all postal deliveries from outside the state is that they aren't legal unless customs is cleared in advance. If caught they may give you the ability to pay it on delivery but they don't have to; and usually don't.
