Back from a 5km walk in the cold easterly gale and in need of hot coffee. The brew is on and the only issue is a choice between a sandwich or biscuits. No competition really. A feed of biscuits it is.

Toasted cheese sandwich. I'm trying to not eat meat today for some reason.
No crisps on the side of the sandwich either, I've deceided to cut that out.

    Boring lunch :(

I went to the bank at lunch time to discover one of those hipster saladdy bars has opened up. I'm now eating the nicest salad I've ever had, and sweet potato and coconut soup. I think I'll be making more trips there.

Tomato soup can wait til tomorrow.

Just made a huge batch of Jumbalaya. Bowl for dinner, and two more portions for later in week and weekend.

    Kinda stuffed now.

Won't be eating the contents of the box freezer anyway... plugged the hoover into it's socket on Saturday to hoover the car. About 20 prepared meals going into the bin now.

Just about to munch down a Supervalu Chicken Jalfrezi - signature range - so not cheap - but damn tasty. Gonna put it in a Balti bowl on a plate with basmati rice on the side and a sprinkle of coriander. Washing it down with a Latvian beer! Monday's are meant for this.:D
