Cheque image 365 Online

    Hi Bank of Ireland reps.

    Just wondering if Bank of Ireland have any plans to allow customers to view cheque images on 365 online ?

    AIB allow you to click into a transaction and if it's a cheque you can view the image.

    Would be nice to have this on Banking 365.

    There are no immediate plans to introduce this facility but I’ll certainly pass on your suggestion to our online team here.

    You can request an image of a cheque drawn on your account using the ‘ask a question’ option on the 365 Online. The cheque image will be sent to your 365 Online inbox.

    Thanks for the reply and passing on the feedback.

    I didn't realise you could request an image via the ask a question on Banking 365.

    That's great - I thought I'd have to send a letter or ask the branch so that's good enough :)

    I don't request them often but it's great to know the optio is there on the service desk.
