Switch mortgage to BOI

Hi, I'm currently paying a mortgage with ptsb, house was valued at 250k last year,196k left on mortgage. I'm thinking of switching as I'm on 4.2% mvr and BOI seems to have much better rates Please contact me about switching, Regards
