Beginner Javelin

    Hi folks,
    I used to compete in throwing events back in school, especially javelin, and I'm hoping to get involved again. I have been out of practice for some years and I am 25 now. I was wondering if anyone would have some advice about getting involved in a club or steps I should take. Im a student down in the University of Limerick.
