Debit card damaged

    Hello,

    I have a graduate account with a visa debit card. It seems to be damaged a bit. It works fine except for the contactless payments function.

    If I order a new card how much will I be charged? This card does not expire until 2019

    Hi DOC2015, thanks for getting in touch. 

    There is a charge of €8.00 for a replacement card. If you're registered for 365 Online you can order a new card using the option available on the Online service desk.

    Otherwise if you call 0818 365 365 (+3531 4044000 from abroad) one of our advisers will arrange a new card for you.
