    Trump is fond of pet names for his adversaries. Crooked Hillary, Lying Ted, Little Mario. Some might say that any of these adjectives might apply to Donald. SuperTrump, Teflon Don, Don the Con, Donald Duck, Hair Fuehrer might suit. What can you come up with?
