Mortgate Interest Rate not competitive

Hello, I've been comparing my current interest rate of 3.9% to various other providers, and it looks like I can do way better elsewhere, with rates as low as 3%. Is there someone I can speak to, to see if you can offer a more competitive rate? Mark
